FOPx was birthed out of a vision by Festival of Praise (FOP) fellowship to see God move in the next generations. The FOPx Committee is made up of Youth Pastors and Leaders from various churches and from various denominations, with the same vision to see God’s name lifted high in the generations and in our city.
THE FOP STORY
In 1985, Canon Dr. James Wong, then the Vicar of The Chapel of the Resurrection, brought a group of Christians from Singapore and Indonesia to attend the Feast of Tabernacles, a huge gathering of Christians celebrated annually in Jerusalem. Tens of thousands of Christians all over the world gathered in the City of the Great King to celebrate and worship the Lord with exuberant music, banners and the dance.

YOUTH PASTORS NETWORK
We run regular network events, where youth pastors and directors of our nation can connect with one another, and be encouraged and inspired in one another’s company. The network also provides us with the opportunity to share resources and ideas with one another, such as leadership training and workshops.
